Representing Afghanistan in France and supporting citizens through official consular guidance

The Embassy of Afghanistan in Paris serves as Afghanistan’s official diplomatic mission in France. It supports Afghan nationals through citizen assistance and consular guidance (subject to official procedures), and represents Afghanistan through diplomatic engagement and institutional coordination.

Our responsibilities

The Embassy is responsible for:

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
